Exciting careers from IT specialists, to software programmers, to interactive media specialists, are becoming more and more desirable. The SCCTC Information Technology curriculum focuses on the key elements of these IT-related careers and gives our students a strong base of knowledge and experience, giving them an advantage in the competitive marketplace.
Businesses recognize the impact of promotional media. Discover how to create, design, and produce interactive multi-media products and services through the development of digitally generated or computer enhanced media.
Students learn skills in a variety of hands-on activities. In fact, 75% of the coursework involves hands-on assignments and projects that complement the textbook applications. During the two-year program, assignments are developed that will help each student create a digital portfolio of their work which is posted on the web.
